Students of the Physiotherapy, Electrical Technology, Banking and Insurance, and Accounting and Tax Applications Programs at Balıkesir University Bigadiç Vocational School successfully completed the practical phase of their education under the Workplace Vocational Training (3+1) Model.
Through practical training conducted at public institutions and private sector organizations relevant to their fields, students had the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in real workplace settings. Students of the Physiotherapy Program gained hands-on experience in rehabilitation processes at healthcare institutions, while students of the Electrical Technology Program participated in practical applications related to electrical and energy systems. Students of the Banking and Insurance Program observed operational processes in the banking and insurance sectors, whereas students of the Accounting and Tax Applications Program enhanced their professional knowledge and practical skills by actively participating in accounting, financial record-keeping, bookkeeping, and tax-related processes.
The Workplace Vocational Training (3+1) Model enabled students not only to strengthen their professional competencies but also to develop essential workplace skills such as work discipline, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. This practice-oriented training experience contributed significantly to preparing them for successful careers in their respective fields.
