First and Emergency Aid Program Students at İvrindi Vocational School of Health Services Successfully Completed Their Workplace Vocational Training

Students of the First and Emergency Aid Program at İvrindi Vocational School of Health Services, Balıkesir University, successfully completed the practical phase of their education under the Workplace Vocational Training (3+1) Model.

Through practical training at 112 Emergency Health Services Stations affiliated with the Balıkesir Provincial Health Directorate, hospital emergency departments, and other relevant healthcare institutions, students had the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge in real clinical settings. During the training period, they gained valuable experience in emergency patient management, teamwork, communication, rapid decision-making, and professional practice.

The Workplace Vocational Training (3+1) Model enables students to develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by their profession before graduation. By observing the operation of healthcare services firsthand and participating in real-world practice, they are better prepared for their future professional careers.
