Balıkesir University Vocational School Students Successfully Completed Their Workplace Vocational Training

Students from Bigadiç Vocational School, Edremit Vocational School, İvrindi Vocational School of Health Services, Savaştepe Vocational School, and Sındırgı Vocational School, all affiliated with Balıkesir University, successfully completed their workplace vocational training under the University's 3+1 Education Model.

Through this practice-oriented education system, students had the opportunity to reinforce the theoretical knowledge they acquired in their fields by applying it in real workplace settings. This experience enabled them to enhance their professional competencies while preparing for their future careers. By working closely with industry professionals, students experienced teamwork firsthand, developed a strong sense of professional discipline, and gained direct insight into sector-specific requirements, thereby contributing to the strengthening of university–industry collaboration.

At the same time, students enrolled in health-related programs participated in practical training at hospitals, healthcare institutions, and emergency medical services. These experiences allowed them to develop essential skills in patient communication, teamwork, and pre-hospital healthcare services.
